SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All transactions, purchases, and agreements arising from this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)

 

We ship Worldwide!


All domestic USA orders are shipped via Fed Ex with delivery confirmation and a direct signature is required. In order to protect both your purchase and our inventory we may require your order to be picked up at your local Fed Ex location with a government issued ID in the name of the addressee.


All International orders are shipped via Fed Ex with tracking number and a direct signature is required.


We are happy to ship via Express Mail as well - please find the available options at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders ship within 2-3 business days but in some cases can be more. We appreciate your understanding.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs or weather delays.


We are NOT responsible for custom fees charged by your country.


We are NOT responsible for packages lost or stolen in the mail.

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Any other issues or concerns about items being misrepresented:

If you feel there was an error in the listing or there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the package delivery and the security tag must still be intact. Items with claims after this time period will not be considered. Thank you for your understanding.

Fraud & Security Tags

To prevent any potential fraud we video tape our packing process from the beginning to the end in a very detailed way for every item shipped. Every single item will be shipped out with a paper or plastic security tag attached with our handwriting on them. If there is a rare chance your item has an issue and we have agreed to a return it will ONLY be accepted if the security tag is still attached in the original way. No return will be granted if it is removed or reattached. Thank you for your understanding!
