We ship Worldwide!
All domestic USA orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and a signature is required.
All International orders are shipped via Fed Ex or DHL with tracking number.
We are happy to ship via Express Mail as well - please contact us if you need this service!
All orders ship within 2-3 business days. Please note some delays may occur due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or COVID-19.
We are NOT responsible for custom fees charged by your country.
We are NOT responsible for packages lost or stolen in the mail.

If you feel there was an error in the listing or there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of the package delivery and the security tag must still be intact. Items with claims after this time period will not be considered. Thank you for your understanding.
Fraud & Security Tags
To prevent any potential fraud we video tape our packing process from the beginning to the end in a very detailed way for every item shipped. Every single item will be shipped out with a paper or plastic security tag attached with our handwriting on them. If there is a rare chance your item has an issue and we have agreed to a return it will ONLY be accepted if the security tag is still attached in the original way. No return will be granted if it is removed or reattached. Thank you for your understanding!
